Note: Moderator Meetings take many forms. As you look at guides from other schools, assess which of the following is being attended to in that session:

  • Housekeeping/logistics (reimbursements/ room issues/ announcements)
  • Updates and info-sharing about each dialogue group (attendance report outs)
  • Teaching skills (debriefing, first meeting)
  • Personal goal assessment and check-ins
  • Breakout groups for mod teams
  • Big picture visioning (gauging personal investment, setting organizational directions)
  • Brainstorming - event planning
  • Content brainstorming – prompts sharing
  • Troubleshooting problem dialogue issues
  • Feedbacking each other through an ongoing mod dialogue

All these elements are important to build into structures of moderator meetings.
